Join the Redbridge 0-19 Team and Specialist Children’s Services for an informative session on supporting healthy sleep for children and young people aged 0-19 years. Using NHS guidance, we will share practical information on sleep routines, common sleep difficulties, and ways to promote positive sleep habits to support health, wellbeing, and development.


Who can attend?

Open to Parent Carers with SEND young people in London Borough of Redbridge.
