Collective Rest Sound Bath

This is an exploration of rest and collective recuperation in a sound bath.

Crystal bowls, African percussion instruments and Bert's voice will layer to create a sonic wave for you to rest, stretch & lay in. The instruments used are deeply meditative. Known to be helpful with trauma release, chakra balancing, & nervous system recovery.. Often an optimal way to access and release the nervous system when stress or trauma is intense in the body. Noninvasive yet powerful in a group setting.
