Our Self-development Social is our monthly evening meetup for anyone interested in personal growth, mindset, wellness and spiritual growth.
We'll connect with like-minded people, have meaningful conversations, learn and grow together!

What to Expect:

START TIME OF 6.30PM IS FOR THOSE WANTING TO EAT, HAVE A CATCH UP OR GET TO KNOW PEOPLE BEFORE THE SPEAKER STARTS AT APPROX. 7.15PM. YOU ARE WELCOME TO ARRIVE ANYTIME BETWEEN 6.30PM AND 7.10PM.

✅ Meaningful conversations over a food or drinks (purchased separately)
✅ A supportive community of like-minded people
✅ Guest speakers or activities

How the evening goes:

*We’ll then get to know each other and have some uplifting conversations (using conversation prompt cards) on personal growth, mindset and life in general!

This Month's Speaker: Petra Bland
Petra is a health and fitness coach who helps I help busy people fall in love with exercise again and help them move away from dieting, to be fit, happy and healthy. She provides 1:1 and group coaching focusing on long term strategies to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Petra will be talking to us about how to stay fit and and healthy in perimenopause, mid-life and beyond.
