About this Event

This class blends mindful flow, intuitive movement, and moments of rest to help you release tension, build strength, and tune inward. Each class offers a fresh experience while honoring the same intention: connection, community, and care. Come stretch, enjoy a cozy beverage, and stay connected.

Yoga led by: Sheri Vettel, RYT-200 (@food.and.flow.nutrition.and.yoga) with rotating guest teachers each month!

Note: Class is $5 & will be held on all Sundays except second Sundays. Reserve your spot here (for $7 to absorb extra fees) or pay in cash or Venmo in person.
