Terms and Conditions -

1. Payment
Payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of booking via our website or in accordance with the payment terms stated on our invoice.

2. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee up to 14 days prior to the event date. It is the original ticket holder’s responsibility to arrange the transfer and ensure the replacement attendee’s details are updated correctly.

Cancellations or transfers requested within 14 days of the event will result in the ticket becoming chargeable and no refund will be issued.

For free ticket holders, failure to attend or transfer the ticket at least 14 days before the event will result in a cancellation fee of £80 + VAT.

14-Day Policy:
Please note: Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 14 days before the event. After this time, tickets become chargeable.
3. Postponement
If COECT needs to postpone the event for any reason, all purchased tickets will automatically be transferred to the rearranged date.

4. Cancellation by COECT
If COECT cancels the event, a full refund will be issued for any paid tickets. COECT accepts no responsibility for any additional arrangements or costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

5. Free Tickets
Free tickets may be offered via a valid promotional code. Eligibility may be verified. By registering with a free ticket code, you agree to the cancellation and transfer terms outlined above, including any applicable charges where the required notice period is not met.

6. Confirmation Emails
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent. It is the attendee’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate email address. COECT accepts no responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete contact details.
