COCOON - Restorative Aerial Yoga & Soundbath
Schedule
Sun Apr 26 2026 at 07:30 pm to 08:45 pm
UTC-04:00Location
Calmness Hotline | Montréal, QC
About this Event
You will be guided to move through a series of restorative postures that release tension from the joints, decompress the spine and invite the muscles to let go of what they have been holding.
The session closes with a live sound bath. You are welcome to remain cocooned inside the hammock, use it as a gentle support around you, or rest on your mat. There is no right way to receive sound. Your body will know what it needs.
The hammock becomes your cocoon: a contained, weightless space where the nervous system finally has permission to soften.
✨What to expect:
• A guided restorative aerial yoga practice using silk hammocks
• Full support for all levels, no experience necessary
• A live sound bath to close, using crystal and Tibetan bowls
• Freedom to choose your position for the sound portion: inside the hammock, supported by it, or on your mat
• A deeply regulated, rested nervous system by the end
What to bring
• Yoga Mat
• Wear comfortable clothes, tight-fitting yoga pants are recommend (sweatpants can make it hard to use the hammock)
