Grab your loungiest clothes and fuzziest socks - we’re about to get comfy cozy.
Join Flex Yoga + Aimee Monroe for a relaxation ‘flow’ and boozy hot chocolate.
March 7 630-8 pm.
Class will be super chill as we move from one comfy shape to another using all props available. We have all the blocks + bolsters you need. Blankets are also provided but you’re more than welcome to bring your favorite coziest blanket of your own as well.
Hot Cocoa bar to accompany class - with spirits or without. Class will be candlelit and warm. An array of essential oils will also be available to use for class if you choose.
