This restorative aerial yoga class is a deeply relaxing practice that combines the gentle support of an aerial silk hammock with restorative yoga postures to promote healing, relaxation, and balance.
In this class, you’ll experience the sensation of being weightless as the hammock supports your body, allowing you to release tension, stretch more deeply, and improve flexibility without strain. The poses are held for longer periods, encouraging mindfulness, soothing the nervous system, and promoting deep rest.
Each posture is fully supported, inviting the body to completely relax while gently opening up areas of tightness and tension. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice promotes recovery, helps reduce stress hormones, and fosters a sense of safety and peace.
