Facilitator Bio
Brian LeFeve is a multi-disciplined athlete, personal trainer, nutrition expert, meditation and yoga teacher, mental performance coach for athletes, and transformation coach with over 30 years of experience training extreme athletes.
Brian combines ancient wisdom, modern neuroscience, breathwork, mental imagery, and Zen Stretch to help clients reduce stress, increase focus, elevate performance, and create lasting transformation. His holistic approach empowers individuals to restore balance, unlock their potential, and live with clarity, resilience, and vitality.
