The impacts of a changing climate can cause more than intense storms and damage to property. Facing uncertainties and seeing big changes can also cause intense emotions, ongoing stress, and an uncomfortable awareness of the impacts of climate change to our everyday living.
Join us as we explore the relationship between mental health and climate change during a facilitated conversation led by UPEI’s ClimateSense. We will discuss strategies to build resilience and share our experiences with others in the community.
