Clifton UU Weekly Meditation Circle

The Clifton Universalist Unitarian Church will be hosting a weekly meditation circle before service from 10:15 AM–10:45 AM.
Please note: the meditation circle will likely not meet during the retreat scheduled for 05/31.
This is a free-form, non-doctrinal meditation group. Any approach, tradition, or level of experience is welcome.
If you are looking for a peaceful place to calm the storm of the mind and build an inner sanctuary, the church is a wonderful place to begin.
Feel free to stay for the service afterward, though you are absolutely not required to.
Please bring a rug or mat if you would like. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer to sit comfortably.
Many of the great spiritual teachers throughout history have reminded us that true meditators can meditate anywhere.
