About this Event

As Richmonders, we care deeply about our city, both now and many years into the future. Code Refresh is a process the city has undertaken in the wake of the Richmond 300 Master Plan to comprehensively update its zoning code.

Much ado has been made of this proposal, so much so that the key idea often gets lost: growth is happening, and we need to plan and build to account for it.

Rather than fearmongering, we want to hear from real people about how they want to see Richmond grow and change.

At Strong Towns RVA, we also want to give back to our community. We are going to start this event with a litter pickup around the Hull Street Library. Meet out front of the library!

Come prepared with your thoughts on how you want the city to accommodate growth and change! We will be walking around with clipboards, collecting feedback.
