Spend your Sunday morning moving intentionally, meeting likeminded people, and supporting local businesses!
We’re kicking off the day with a 60-minute outdoor Strength + Yoga mobility workout designed for every fitness level. Whether you’ve never workout before or you’re a seasoned gym-goer, this class is all about feeling good in your body, not chasing perfection. 💯
