Clay Stoneware Christmas Tree Lantern Workshop2-Part Holiday Ceramic Class – All Materials Included!
Celebrate the season with handmade charm! In this cozy two-part clay workshop, you’ll create a beautiful stoneware Christmas tree lantern—perfect for holiday décor or as a heartfelt gift.
Part 1: Build Your Tree
Using clay slabs and foam cone molds, you'll form your lantern into the shape of a festive tree. You’ll learn how to wrap the clay around the cone structure and add small cut-out holes to let candlelight shine through. We’ll fire your piece in the kiln after class to prepare it for glazing.
Part 2: Glazing & Final Touches
Return after your tree has been bisque fired to bring it to life with vibrant glaze paints. No appointment needed for this part 2 of the workshop, after notified come in anytime during our store hours. You’ll have a selection of festive colors to choose from. After glazing, your lantern will be fired again—and ready to take home and light up your holiday season!

*This is a two Step process class.*
-Your first step will be joining your class to create this project from scratch.
Once your item is created it will need to dry and go through it's first kiln firing. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
-For your second step you will receive a phone call that your item is ready to paint. Painting your item does not require a class or an appointment, walk in any time & paint your project. After being painted it will go through it's Second kiln firing. The last step takes approximately 1-2 weeks, you will get your final phone call that you can take you masterpiece home!
-Balance due will have taxes applied upon studio check out.-
