Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork (CCB)
This is a simple, 3‑part circular breathwork session: an active, continuous, deep breathing pattern that helps your body clear built‑up stress and emotion and explore your mind and body more deeply. It can also help open up areas of the chest and body that have felt shut down or guarded, so you can feel more open and available to connection. If you’ve ever found it hard to sit still and meditate, this gives your mind a clear, simple task while your body and nervous system do the deeper work.
What to expect
- Strong physical sensations: tingling, temperature changes, and a sense of physical release in the body
- Emotional release: tears, anger, laughing, or surges of feeling as old stress moves
- Altered states of consciousness: floating sensations, vibrations, visions, and a more vivid awareness of your inner world)
- Energy moving through the body: tingling, temperature shifts, muscles activating and releasing, sometimes a light, open feeling in different areas
- Deeper self‑inquiry: memories, insights, or new perspectives on situations in your life
- Flow state periods: where the busy, analytical part of your brain shuts off and you feel fully present in your body (called transient hypofrontality)
- Ongoing guidance: on when to slow down, ease off, or take a break
- Rest Phase: A clear grounding and heart‑focused close so you leave calm and present
All of these reactions are normal for this type of breathwork. I offer trauma‑sensitive tips throughout so you can stay within your own limits, including how to slow your breathing, reconnect with your body, or step back if anything feels too much. You are always in charge of your pace and how deep you go.
Heart Moments: After the active breathing, we switch to a grounded, heart‑focused meditation. This is an anchoring technique that helps your nervous system settle, your breathing return to normal, and to fill your heart with gratitude. It’s a practical way to leave feeling safe, balanced, and empowered.
Music & Soundscape Journey: You’ll breathe to a mindfully curated music set, chosen to support the arc of the session. Tracks are selected to stimulate different emotions and help you move through emotional and mental blockages during the breathing, then soften into rest during the grounding phase.
Home Practice Kit (optional add‑on): Take the session home with you with a simple, plug‑and‑play kit that supports integration and helps you build breathwork into a lifelong habit.
Certified Breathwork Facilitator: Jason Dean of Aware4All will guide you. Cerfified in Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork, pranayama, trauma‑sensitive facilitation, and more.
Format: Introduction, warm up, technique explanation, intention-setting meditation, active circular breathwork (30-60 minutes of deep breathing done lying down on your back), rest phase, guided meditation, grounding, closing, brief Q and A.

Bring Comfort Items: Yoga mat, cushion to sit on, and eye mask/blindfold. Bring earphones/earplugs (if sound sensitive). Additional comfort items can include: chapstick, pillow, a blanket/sweatshirt, loose clothing, tissue, water bottle, any ergonmic supports for your body, throat losengers, and an extra change of clothes in case you get sweaty. Having something comfortable to lye on is the most important thing to bring. I do my best to bring spare comfort items for people, but I cannot garantee it.
Prepere Your Body: Ideally avoid eating food 3 hours before class, or eat light. Go to the bathroom before you come. Give yourself extra time to get to class on time. Show up for yourself!
Parking: Ample street parking available. Give yourself extra time to park or for public transportation.
Location: Origin's Unity is a wellness center and gym, located behind a house. There is a bathroom available. You will see signs pointing you towards the indoor studio space.

This technique is not only for "spiritual yoga people" -- This is not specific to any religion, belief system, or philosophy. I've worked with construction workers, military vets, counselors, cancer survivors, and people with no to little experience in breathwork, yoga, or meditation. As well as with very spiritual & religiously oriented people. People report having life changing experiences no matter their background. It is for anyone that's willing to BREATHE.
Unforgettable Experiences: the majority of the time, people have a BIG experience of release, sensations, imagery, emotions, insights, a shift in perception, etc., as a recent client told me "All my problems went away, I have no worries this evening, I DON'T GIVE A SH*T ANYMORE!"
Manage Expectations: This of course doesn't mean you won't ever have problems again or I can garauntee a big experience. It is a powerful tool to be used consistently over time when you need it. You still must take responsibility for your life, understand its a practice/skill you can get better at over time, and can't expect magic pills.
Excited to see you soon!
