Hands-on, beginner-friendly no-knead bread baking class at 1919 Wine Cellar in Spokane, WA. Participants will learn three different bread recipes (one basic plain loaf, as well as the more advanced recipes for Chocolate Marble and Pumpkin Spice and Raisin) and go home with two different kinds of loaves to bake at home later, plus a hard copy hand-out with recipes, nutrition information and troubleshooting tips. We also snack on samples of bread baked ahead of time for you to enjoy! This type of bread is ideally baked in a Dutch oven, but if you don't have one at home already you will also learn about alternative methods for baking no-knead bread. Bring a large cutting board from home to use as a work surface for shaping your bread dough. (Taking the No-knead Bread Basics class beforehand is recommended but not required.) $50 per person, tickets required and spots are limited to 12 participants. Each ticket includes one drink.
