A signature dining experience of the PNW Food & Wine Festival, this exclusive five-course culinary journey is headlined by acclaimed Chef Shota Nakajima, celebrated for his inventive Japanese cuisine, appearances on Top Chef and Iron Chef Gauntlet, and recognition as a James Beard Award semifinalist.
The evening begins with elegant tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by five expertly crafted courses presented by an exceptional lineup of Pacific Northwest culinary talent. Chef Shota Nakajima, Tony Reed of Spiceology, Adam Hegsted of Eat Good Group, and Alicia Armour, Executive Pastry Chef of the Davenport Hotels, will guide guests through each course with live chef presentations and demonstrations, bringing the creative process from kitchen to table from an intimate culinary stage positioned at the center of the Grand Pennington Ballroom. Paired with exceptional wines and thoughtfully curated storytelling, this immersive dining experience offers a rare opportunity to experience the creativity and craftsmanship of some of the region's most celebrated chefs.
