Northwest with an evening at Lilac & Pine as Executive Chef Rudy Velasquez welcomes an impressive lineup of acclaimed CRAVE! chefs, including Spokane's own Adam Hegsted, for a collaborative 5-course paired dinner experience. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu paired with exceptional beverages, featuring signature dishes from each participating chef and highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. Dinner begins at 5 PM with a welcome reception and tray passed appetizers, followed by dinner beginning at 6 PM.
