Please join us for the inaugural Thomas David and Judith Slope Clark Clark Symposium on Constitutional Interpretation featuring Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and Brian Fitzpatrick from Vanderbilt Law School debating the merits of originalism.
