The City of Dearborn, will honor the nation’s flag at a Flag Day ceremony on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 2 p.m., at Ford Field Park, 22501 Cherry Hill St.
The commemoration, held in consultation with the Dearborn Allied War Veterans Council, will involve retiring tattered American flags that are no longer fit for public display using American Legion burning protocols.
Members of the public are invited to attend the event, which will take place on the north side of Ford Field Park on Cherry Hill St, west of Brady St.
