Join us as we celebrate Juneteenth with live book readings with author Alliah L. Agostini at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. as she reads from her books “The Juneteenth Story” and “The Juneteenth Cookbook.” Plus, don’t miss the opportunity to participate in family-friendly activities with games, crafts and music directly inspired by her work, and even sample a beverage from her cookbook, “Freedom Fizz”, while supplies last.
“The Juneteenth Story” and “The Juneteenth Cookbook” will be available for purchase in our retail store, Genius at Play.
The programs will take place in the Museum Plaza and are free for members or included with museum admission.
