About the teacher:
Ahran is a 1.5 Korean American personal liberation coach, facilitator, and multidisciplinary artist based in Oakland, California. Cultivating interconnectedness and kinship is central to her professional and creative work. Ahran focuses on community building by empowering Global Majority individuals (BIPOC) to explore their identities beyond oppressive frameworks, reclaim their inherent power and authentic selves, and engage in personalized experiences such as one-on-one coaching, group facilitation on skillful communication, and creativity workshops. Ahran combines her experience as an artist, daughter of blue collar immigrants, and survivor, weaving mind-body modalities and anti-racist practices into her work. Ahran wants to be the first generation in her lineage who boldly breaks away from unhealthy patterns by creating and occupying space loudly and proudly. Ahran is an energy mover. Ahran is an ancestral pattern shifter. You can learn more about her work at https://ahranleecoaching.com/
