2026 Conference and Annual General Meeting
June 15 to 17
We are excited for the upcoming AGM and Conference.
Reception
The conference begins with a welcome reception at the Courtyard Marriott in Prince George between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Monday, June 15th.
Technical Presentations
Technical Presentations, Operational & Project Updates as well as our Keynote Speaker TBA.
Presentations and AGM will take place at the Courtyard Marriott on Tuesday, June 16th between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM followed by a Gala Dinner starting at 6:30PM.

Golf
Our annual charity fundraiser golf tournament on June 17th is being held at the Aberdeen Glen Golf Course.

Courtyard Marriott
The block will be available until May 14. Cancellation within 96hrs prior to arrival one night plus tax will be charged to the guaranteed credit card
Rates is $179 per night.
Other hotels near the conference hotel are the Coast Hotel, the Ramada and the Hyatt.
