Chronic Health, Hormones & Fatigue: A Functional Medicine Talk

Dr. Mackenzie Hall is our Functional Medicine Doctor at Holon. She will be travelling from overseas to Glasgow to share her extensive experience in Functional Medicine and to introduce those who are new to the approach to what this integrative practice truly involves.

During her talk, Dr. Hall will explore how modern-day factors such as environmental toxins, food systems, and lifestyle stressors impact our health. She will also delve into the powerful mind–body connection, discussing how a dysregulated nervous system can contribute to chronic physical symptoms and long-term imbalance. With a holistic and compassionate approach, she will help connect the dots between root causes and whole-body healing, while creating space to explore any questions attendees may bring with them.

This event also offers a wonderful opportunity for Dr. Hall’s Glasgow-based clients to meet her in person, deepen their understanding of their own health journey, and connect within the Holon community.
