Christmas Mindfulness & Meditation Evening

Enjoy an evening of creativity and Mindfulness before the busyness of December kicks in

*Take time to explore your feelings around Christmas and the season through some creative activities

*Enjoy seasonal snacks, a glass of fizz and hot drinks

*Calm your mind and body with our Body scan and gratitude meditation

CONTENT

There will be the option to use paint and glue as part of the evening. Please dress accordingly

ACCESS

Please park in the Church's car park.

Take the slope to the left of the building, down into the garden and follow it to the right.

ACCESSIBILITY

The mindfulness and creative elements of the evening are suitable for all abilities!

The slope down into the garden does not have a handrail and is quite steep so is not great for disabled access.

There are stairs with a handrail inside the building if required - let me know

There is a disabled toilet.
