£13 pp payment made on ‘going’ / booking to secure your spot.
( I have one place for concession price so please contact me for a space if financial constraints stop you from attending )

I invite you all to come and join me for a therapeutic and calming session of guided meditation along with beautiful instruments including Crystal, singing bowls , Koshi chimes, shamanic drum and the powerful sound of dragon frequency chimes : these will bring your body to a state of calm , to allow your body to begin the process of healing , whether it be alleviating mental rumination , physical or emotional unease .
Feel free to bring your own mat to place Over mine for extra comfort and a blanket- whatever makes you comfy .
BRING A CUSHION FOR YOUR HEAD and of course a drink of water .

PARKING : Lound village hall has its own private ample car parking space

NB: contraindications . While sound therapy is extremely therapeutic please be aware that sound therapy is not suitable for those with pacemakers , epilepsy, pregnancy, metal implants, stents or serious mental health issues .
Tinnitus sufferers may want to consider placing themselves the furthest away from the instruments.
Please consult your GP prior to attendance if you are concerned .
