Join us in the 1st Tuesday of each month, for a fun afternoon socialising with others who also struggle with the daily limitations and struggles of a hidden and/life long health/physical condition or disability. Our peer support groups are free but there is the expectation to spend a minimum of £2 on anything if your choice ie refreshments or craft/gift items
In addition to just chatting, you can choose to play one of our many board or other other games or attempt one of our jigsaws and meet other people, reduce isolation and generally.
We also have the use of two guitars and a piano if you would like to jam a bit or entertain others with your musical talent.
