Step onto your mat and straight back into the MTV Total Request Live (TRL) countdown era—when music videos ruled after school, the request line was everything, and every summer hit fought its way to #1. This 60-minute Power Yoga class is powered by a curated TRL-inspired soundtrack delivered through wireless headphones for a fully immersive throwback experience.

Move through a strong, energizing vinyasa flow synced to the biggest chart-toppers from the TRL era—think iconic pop, hip-hop, R&B, and rock hits that defined the late ‘90s and early 2000s. Each sequence flows like a countdown, building energy as the playlist climbs through the songs that lived on repeat on MTV.

Expect sweat, strength, and a few nostalgic moments where you’ll definitely recognize every track.
