Jessie Zweigenthal

Jessie Zweigenthal is a Capital Region native, wife, and the proud mom of two spirited daughters, Katie (9) and Eliza (6). While she once planned to enter full-time ministry, God had a different path in mind. After a global ministry journey spanning seven countries and countless lessons, she unexpectedly ended up in business, where she has faithfully served God ever since.
As the Director of Employee Engagement at Jahnel Group, Jessie has spent over 15 years helping to shape an award winning culture where people feel known, valued, and supported. In this role, she sees herself fulfilling the pastoral calling she first set out to pursue, caring to those in business and creating meaningful connections that reflect God's love. Jessie and her husband, Mark, also own Vooma Insurance, an agency which they operate with the same heart for service and excellence.
Jessie is a frequent keynote speaker in both business and school settings, speaking on the topic of workplace engagement and sharing her personal story of overcoming challenges as an underprivileged student who built a life of peace, purpose, and faith. Her testimony is a powerful reminder that God works through every twist and turn, using even unexpected detours to prepare us for His greater plan.
With warmth and energy, Jessie is passionate about inspiring others to believe the best in every situation, find joy in the challenges, and trust God’s faithfulness to work all things for good. She is honored to share her story at Christian Business Women’s Connection and hopes it will encourage others to see God’s hand at work in their own lives.
