About this Event
Come and sepnd Father's Day with us, and make it somehing positive for us!! We will be at Locke Coffee Club (near Gay village) from 2-5pm ☺️🫶Family-oriented holidays can be some of the hardest times for people, so we wanted to host an event that is accessible, fun, and a safe place to be.
There is no pressure to stay the whole time, do whatever makes you comfortable. The main reason why we wanted to do this is that so people could feel a sense of community, so don’t be scared, bring a friend if it’ll make you more comfortable, and come and connect 💞
Chosen Family MCR was founded to create a community amongst estranged people, careleavers, and people struggling with family relationships. It is managed by 3 estranged queer people with a range of different experiences.
