This month we are kicking our annual Will It Brew challenge! This infamous challenge is one of our most popular, and definitely our most weird. Everyone who wants to take part brings in an ingredient you wouldn't normally find in beer. The ingredient can't be poisonous to humans or yeast. But otherwise, anything is game. Though if you bring something in particularly awful, the group might collectively vote for you to brew with it yourself. Ask us why that rule exists! Those taking part then go away, brew a beer that showcases the ingredient as best as possible, and then we bring them back to judge at an agreed date.We'll also have our usual bring and share of homebrew. So if you don't want to take part in Will It Brew, you can still come along and enjoy the carnage.
