Chilly Dippers x Suicide&Co Swim

Liv founded Chilly Dippers to raise awareness of the benefits of cold water swimming for your physical and mental health, which some members of our community may relate to.

We're asking for donations of £10 towards Suicide&Co to secure your space. You will also need to pay the £5 lido entry on the day. Thanks to your support and donations, we can help more people bereaved by suicide.

Their practical and emotional support helps people through their own challenging journey. Together, we can open the conversation and reduce the stigma associated with suicide.

Every £30 donation will help provide one person with a free counselling session.
