SKRONK + RAT RUN RECORDS deliver a declaration, five lines in the sand if you will:Five Hours Five Acts.
Real moves, keen ears, and then there was the drum… the scrapers and the shakers, banging on a beer keg making a racket. Smooth transitions, how now spirits? Slimline tonics for the new world blues, softshadow will make you feel it. The fresh winter’s wind in the floor heaving through, motes of dust puff from the Lead Ashtray and proudly extol the virtues of spending time outdoors. Exhale... Exaltations to the ones before and the ones after, in it together forever, feel something, act tender, transfer energy to meaning, in noise we must trust. Before the swamp of microplastics consumes us. Before the MPTL Data servers fritz and staccato signals perforate the night like a hand poke tattoo. As we are left to sift through the debris, the chimes ring out and welcome in the witching hour.

This is a Skronk and Rat Run Records crossover event at The Waiting Room N16. There will be no open sessions since the regular Skronk will still be running on Jan 6th and Jan 20th.
After Skronkfest 2025, The Waiting Room were kind enough to offer us another date and we thought this would be a great opportunity to team up with our friends Rat Run Records to bring you a mix of Rat Run and Skronk artists to warm you through during the coldness of winter.
