What to expect/bring:

- a space to put away your digital devices

- gentle meditation and mindfulness prompts

- a cozy selection of books and art supplies

- gentle sounds and soothing instruments to ease us into observing natural sounds and silences

- bring along your own book, journal, puzzle, art materials, or anything that'll spark joy during this session
