If you’re 40+ and want to keep running without the nagging aches, or return after time away, this workshop is for you.
Chi Running blends Tai Chi principles with modern running technique to reduce impact, prevent injury, and improve efficiency. Instead of pushing harder, you’ll learn how to align your body, relax unnecessary tension, and let momentum do more of the work.
This is not a boot camp. Through simple drills, demonstrations, and guided practice, you’ll leave with a clear sense of what efficient, low impact running feels like.
You’ll learn:
• How Chi Running differs from conventional running
• Alignment and relaxation principles that protect your joints
• Why we walk before we run
• How to increase stride length without overstriding
• How to find a sustainable cadence and flow
