Chi is a Chinese term for a vital life force or energy that flows through all living things, connecting the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person. It is an invisible force, often compared to an electric current, that can be strengthened through practices like diet, sleep, and exercise, and is considered to be in balance when one is healthy and vibrant.
