WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS
- Introduction to art materials and the benefits of creativity
- Creativity-themed vinyasa yoga to open the body and release energy
- Art creation session with provided materials; explore color, texture, and flow
- Share and connect with others
MATERIALS PROVIDED
- Variety of paper
- Pastels, colored pencils, charcoal, watercolor
- Optional natural props (flowers, feathers, fruit)
Participants are encouraged to bring personal inspirational items such as fabrics, photos, or keepsakes.

This is not a formal art class; no experience required. The focus is on creative expression, process, and exploration, not technique.
