This two-hour workshop is an embodied exploration of Theodore Roosevelt’s “The Man in the Arena” —not as a historical quote, but as a lived experience. Together, we’ll examine what it truly means to step into our own arena: to be seen, to take risks, and to show up wholeheartedly in our lives, even when fear, self-doubt, or comparison are loud.
Through guided self-inquiry, reflective discussion, and intentional journaling, you’ll identify where you’ve been holding back—and what it might look like to dare greatly instead. These insights will then be woven into a thoughtfully designed yoga practice, using movement, breath, and presence to embody courage, resilience, and self-trust.
This workshop invites you to move beyond spectatorship of your own life and into brave, grounded action—showing up fully in body, heart, and spirit.
