Join the Hawaii Culinary Education Foundation for the 10th annual Indian Dinner as Chef Vikram Garg explores Masala Maya or the "Magic of Spices" on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, 6 p.m. Indulge in the one night only dinner at UMI by Chef Vikram Garg located in the Halepuna Hotel, 2233 Helumoa Road, Honolulu.

Tickets for the event are $350 inclusive (includes dinner, wine, service, and valet parking) offering tables of 10 for $3,500
