This ticket grants you access to the very first session of our exclusive 10-Class Master Jiang Intensive. It is designed as a standalone introduction for beginners who want to feel the practice before committing to a full program.
Whether you are recovering from burnout, looking for gentle movement, or simply curious about traditional wellness, this 2-hour outdoor session on the beaches of Oʻahu will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
🌿 What to Expect in This First Session
No experience is necessary. Master Jiang teaches to the room, ensuring complete beginners feel completely supported. During this opening session, you will:
✓ Learn the foundational postures and breathing techniques of Chen-style Tai Chi.
✓ Experience Qigong — gentle energy work to calm the nervous system.
✓ Understand the philosophy of "meditation in motion."
✓ Practice outdoors with the sound and breeze of the Hawaiian ocean.
✓ Ask questions during the closing Wisdom Sharing circle.
