Pair up to will make a Chicago stuffed pizza with 2 ½ lbs of a New England blend mozzarella with an incredible “cheese pull” and then a choice of ½ sausage ½ caramelized red onion & spinach or all sausage or all caramelized red onion and spinach. We get the pizzas in the oven to bake and then work on a crispy meatball stuffed with fresh mozzarella and garnished with ensalada caprese. To finish off the evening each person will make an individual tiramisu. This is a night with less hands on and more learning the technique to making a Chicago stuffed pizza. You will be amazed at your Chicago stuffed pizza you created!
