Our Chasing Sunsets events are all about seeking out spectacular viewpoints where the sky comes alive in colour - and Rivington delivers just that! 👌
Expect rolling hills, open moorland, historic pathways, and panoramic views stretching across Lancashire as the sun dips below the horizon.
What to Expect:
Each Chasing Sunsets route covers approximately 4 miles, but this isn’t about pace or personal bests.
It’s about:

▪️Sharing the experience with others
Hikers and runners start from the same location, setting off in opposite directions along carefully planned routes.
