✨ Monthly Sound Bath – A Space to Pause & Reset ✨Life moves quickly, and many of us spend more time doing than being. My monthly sound baths offer a gentle invitation to slow down, rest, and reconnect — with yourself, your breath, and the present moment.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re guided into stillness and then bathed in soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments. These vibrations can help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, release tension, and create a sense of balance and ease.
Each session includes a short guided meditation followed by a restorative sound bath — no experience needed. Just come as you are, lie back or sit comfortably, and allow yourself an hour of rest.
✨ These sessions are for you if you’re feeling:
• Busy, overwhelmed or mentally tired
• In need of some time just for yourself
• Curious about sound therapy and mindful relaxation
⚠️ Please note: Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. They are not recommended for those with pacemakers, certain sound-sensitive medical conditions, or during pregnancy. If you’re unsure, please feel free to message me before booking.
