About this Event

I’m popping up at Align Movement Studios (Ormeau Road Studio) on Saturday 5th September 11am for a charity yoga practice to raise money for Nexus NI & I would love for you to join me!

I’ve closely followed the work of Nexus NI for the last decade. They do incredible work providing specialised counselling and support services to those affected by SA and CSA. They also provide training & workshops aimed at educating, spreading awareness & challenging society’s understanding of SA & CSA.

Spaces are limited. This is a donation-based practice, I only ask that you kindly donate a minimum of £10.

All proceeds for this practice will be donated to Nexus NI.
