Charity Puppy Yoga

Join us for a puppy yoga class surrounded by the cutest rescue puppies from Tails Lantau at Yoga Movement studio in the heart of Central. Expect movement, mindfulness, and plenty of cuddles throughout your flow.

What to Expect:

🐾 45-Minute Puppy Yoga Flow – A feel-good, beginner-friendly class designed to help you move, breathe, and smile… with playful rescue puppies roaming around.

☕ Post-Class Social – Stay for oat lattes by Oatside and connect with our community while learning more about adoption and foster care.

🏡 Adopt, Foster, Support – Meet the puppies and hear their stories. All the dogs at the event are adoptable, and every donation goes directly towards rescue efforts, medical care, and helping these animals find their forever homes 🐾✨

💛 Giving Back – A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the rescue to support their incredible work caring for these pups.

🐶 Extra Puppy Love – We’ll have an on-site donation box if you’d like to contribute a little extra support on the day.
