Join us in person for an unforgettable experience where vibes meet chill. Dive into the power of sound, relax in the warmth of a sauna, and invigorate yourself with any one of the ice baths. It’s all about balancing energy and calm in one epic session. A special evening offering a unique blend of sound therapy, heat, and cold—your body and mind will thank you!

What time can I enter the Ice Bath Club?

You may enter at 7pm to allow yourself enought time to settle in and change to enjoy the club after the Sound Session.

Do I need to bring anything?

You dont need to bring any towels, clothes or mats. The Club provides swimmers, towels, mats, water. All you need to do is show up!

How long can I stay after the Sound Session?

The club is open to you for as long as you'd like. The club closes at 10pm.

Is the mediation session for Beginners?

The mediation session is designed for total relaxtion. It is open to everyone. You just come in, lie down and allow the sound of the singing bowls to take care of th rest. No meditation experience required.

The Session will flow as follows:

7-7:25pm arriving & settling

7:25-7:35pm Welcome & Guided Mindfulness Practice

7:35-8:20pm Sound Mediation

8:20-8:25 slowly Returning

8:25-8:30 Closing
