Info: Discover a classic Staffordshire Moorlands circular walk from Rushton Spencer. We’ll head out to the historic Chapel in the Wilderness, then descend to the waterside trails of Rudyard Lake. From there, the route threads across open fields and hidden linking paths before heading up onto Gun Moor for big-sky panoramas across the Cheshire Plains, Staffordshire and beyond. We finish by The Knot Inn, perfectly placed for a well-earned drink for anyone who wants to stay on afterwards.
