Ready to push yourself to the limits in the great outdoors?

Join us at Tegg's Nose Country Park for a workout like no other!

This event will include some bodyweight exercises along with trail running on mixed terrain with varying inclines. It may sound tough but it is definitly worth the hard work to apreciate the views and the surroundings of this stunning setting!

This isn't your typical run or workout - its a full body challenge in the heart of the cheshire countryside.

Ideally you need to be able to run 5k comfortably
