Info: Start in Rushton Spencer on a stunning circular that links sections of the Staffordshire Way and Gritstone Trail. We climb steadily to Bosley Cloud for wide panoramas across Cheshire, Staffordshire and beyond, then descend to the Bridestones — an ancient pagan site with real character. The return route passes the tucked-away Chapel in the Wilderness before finishing back at the village by The Knot Inn, ideal for a well-earned drink for anyone who wants to stay on afterwards.
