Led personally by winemaker James McLean, this special evening offers a rare opportunity to go beyond the label and hear directly from the person behind the wines. Explore England’s distinctive maritime climate, the vineyards of Kent, and the craftsmanship behind Traditional Method sparkling wine.
Throughout the evening, James will guide guests through a curated tasting of four Chapel Down wines while sharing firsthand insight into grape selection, vintage variation, blending, fermentation, maturation, and the winemaking philosophy that shapes each bottle.
More than simply a tasting, this is an insider’s look into the rapidly evolving world of English sparkling wine and a unique opportunity to taste, learn, and engage directly with the winemaker.
